We had a major rebuild in our house after a flood, and Dorin could not have made it easier. He was communicative and professional. He helped us understand the process and the possible hiccups so we had a realistic expectation of how the project would go. Eduardo’s crew was prompt, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. The work completed was on budget, all change orders were clear and explained fully, and once they got started it got done faster than anticipated. HRC is amazing!! Dorin was my project manager and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had water damage from a leaky roof in my living room and water damage from an upstairs bath tub leaking into my kitchen ( which was my own fault 🙄).  The project seemed overwhelming, especially because it was a mix of dealing with my insurance company covering part of the cost and I was covering the other.  Dorin put my mind at ease right away, he dealt with the insurance company and walked me through every step of the process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with respect.  The job was estimated to take 3 days but Oscar and Eduardo finished in 2!! The house looks amazing, the paint is a perfect match and you cant even tell there was issue. HRC did an excellent job helping us after a water leak caused damage to two of our commercial units. From start to finish, their team was easy to work with, responsive, and very flexible throughout the process. Dorin, our project manager, was especially helpful through the entire process. He stayed on top of every detail, communicated clearly, and made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction -- down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend Haldeman Restoration. They restored two of my bathrooms including a new shower, new floor, new exhaust fans, new lighting and new toilets. Jason Haldeman and Dorin Gana were professional, courteous and responsive to my communications, open about costs and addressed my questions  immediately.
